Join us in preserving the charm of Coconut Grove Park and contributing to the vibrancy of our amazing neighborhood. Your membership not only supports our mission but enhances community connectivity and improves residents' quality of life.

CGPHOA offer a unique space to meet neighbors, create lasting friendships, exchange valuable information, identify community issues, propose thoughtful solutions, sponsor impactful projects and events, all while having fun. It's more than just a membership – it's an opportunity to actively participate in shaping the community we love.

Membership Details

Annual Residents Fee: Starting at $30 per household
Membership Period: January 1st to December 31st
Eligibility: Voting membership open to all residents and property owners within CGPHOA neighborhood boundaries–See Boundaries
Voting: One Active Resident Member can vote per household at CGPHOA meetings (annual dues required for active status).
Supporting Membership: We keep our dues low to make membership accessible to as many neighbors as possible. However, if you would like to help support CGPHOA's mission by giving a little more support, the Supporting & Benefactor Levels of membership is available to residents at $100 and $250 respectively per year.
