ABOUT US
Coconut Grove Park Homeowners Association was founded more than 30 years ago and is dedicated to preserving a safe, clean, friendly, social neighborhood and maintaining our property values and the historic character and landscape of the residential properties within our boundaries. Our mission is to:

Maintain the historic character and landscape of the neighborhood
Keep the neighborhood safe, clean, and attractive for residents
Maintain property values
Provide a forum for the discussion of political, social, and other issues of importance to the neighborhood

We help to facilitate our members working with the City and County governments to resolve issues of concern to our residents.
